Australian Certified Homes
Our comprehensive Class 1A Complete service in conjunction with Neo Living’s certified modular homes ensures your new project is completed seamlessly with the necessary building approvals and installation qualifications. The process begins with detailed architectural and engineering drawings, supported by soil testing and specialist reports such as bushfire assessments, landslip (geotechnical) analysis, and effluent design reports. Following the design and site assessment, all regulatory approvals are obtained, including the Decision Notice for building approval, plumbing permit, Form 15 certification, and final inspection via Form 21. This structured approach guarantees your modular home meets all Australian standards for safety, structural integrity, and environmental compliance, providing a complete, move-in ready solution with peace of mind from start to finish.

Case Studies
Palm Beach QLD
40ft 270 Series -
This project involved the installation of our largest modular home - 40ft 270 Series - on a constrained Palm Beach residential site with no rear access, requiring a carefully engineered construction and logistics approach.
A 250-tonne slew crane was utilised to execute a precision lift of the 12-tonne structure over a 40-metre radius into its final position, supported by a detailed lift plan, certified rigging, and comprehensive safety and traffic management in accordance with WHS requirements.
The design maximised permissible site coverage to optimise rental returns while achieving full council approval and compliance with all relevant Australian building codes and standards, successfully delivering the client’s vision within significant site and access constraints.
Tallai QLD
30ft 240 Series -
For this 30ft 240 series project, the client required a tailored solution that allowed their mother to live independently while remaining close to the family home. Because the modular dwelling was positioned more than 20 metres from the existing primary residence, Town Planning approval was required before installation. Our team worked closely with council requirements and successfully secured the necessary approvals, ensuring full compliance and a smooth progression to construction.
The home was installed on engineered concrete piers to provide long-term structural stability while accommodating the site’s natural ground levels. Designed with comfort, accessibility, and privacy in mind, the modular home now provides a secure and welcoming living space just a short
distance from the main dwelling allowing independence without isolation. This project reflects the versatility of modular living: fast approvals, efficient installation, and a thoughtful outcome that keeps families connected, supported, and close to home.
