Neo Living was founded by two engineering students who were deeply immersed in their studies and driven by a shared passion for innovative, sustainable, and structurally superior building solutions. At just 22, both were feeling the weight of Australia’s rising cost of living and the growing difficulty of home ownership for young people and especially while studying. Inspired by his upbringing in China’s manufacturing industry, Leo recognised an opportunity to help reshape the housing market by creating high-quality, affordable modular homes. He soon convinced Marcus to join him, and together they set out to elevate modular living to a standard Australia hadn’t seen before.

After securing their QBCC licence, they dedicated themselves to engineering modular homes with exceptional structural integrity, premium materials, and thoughtful design, proving that affordability should never mean compromise. Continuously refining their product to meet evolving certifications and Australian Standards, they remain committed to delivering a seamless, reliable, and future focused housing solution for every client.
